All BikeVase orders are carefully handcrafted and processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Dutch holidays). Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight. Exact costs are displayed during checkout before payment. We offer free shipping on orders over certain amounts - check our shop page for current promotions.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout. BikeVase is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Address changes and reshipment fees may apply.
Customer Protection
Non-Delivery Guarantee
100% Refund Promise: If your BikeVase doesn't arrive within the maximum estimated delivery time plus 21 additional days, we guarantee a full refund including shipping costs.
Claim Process:
- Contact us within 90 days of order date
- Provide order number and delivery details
- We investigate with shipping carrier (7-14 days)
- Full refund processed within 5-10 business days upon confirmation
Damage Protection
Damage Guarantee: BikeVases arriving with severe damage that prevents normal use qualify for full replacement or refund.
Damage Claims:
- Report damage within 7 days of receipt
- Email photos of damage and original packaging
- Retain all packaging materials
- We assess and provide replacement or refund
Severe Damage Definition: Product broken, completely deformed, or unusable for intended purpose as bicycle flower vase.
Minor Damage Policy
For minor cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality (small scratches), we may offer partial refunds or replacement parts based on assessment.
International Shipping
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in BikeVase pricing.
Customs Refusals: Packages refused due to customs fees will incur return shipping charges. Customers remain responsible for all associated fees and return costs.
Return Shipping
Customer Return Policy: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning products for reasons other than defect or damage. We require receipt of returned items before processing refunds.
Lost Package Protocol
If tracking indicates "delivered" but you haven't received your BikeVase:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Contact local post office or delivery service
- Wait 48 hours (packages sometimes marked delivered prematurely)
- If still missing, contact us within 7 days for investigation
Legal Information
Liability Limitations
BikeVase BV's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or consequential damages.
Force Majeure
BikeVase is not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, terrorism, or government actions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to competent Netherlands courts, unless mandatory local law determines otherwise.
Terms Updates
BikeVase reserves the right to modify these terms. Updates will be published on this page and apply to new orders from the publication date.
