1. General Shipping Information

BikeVase.com ships high-quality bike flower vases and accessories worldwide. We strive to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes, but external factors may affect delivery times.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Important: All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors beyond our control such as customs inspection, weather conditions, strikes, holidays, and delays at shipping partners can lead to longer delivery times. BikeVase.com is not responsible for delays caused by external parties. Please plan your order well in advance if you need the product by a specific date.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight. Exact costs will be shown during checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount (see website for current conditions).

5. Non-Delivered Orders

Full Refund Guarantee: If your order does not arrive within the maximum estimated delivery time + 21 days, we offer a full refund, including shipping costs.

Procedure:

  1. Contact us via email within 90 days of order date
  2. Provide your order number and contact details
  3. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier (this may take 7-14 days)
  4. Upon confirmation of loss: full refund within 5-10 business days

Note: Packages showing as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by you require a separate procedure (see section 8).

6. Damaged Orders

Full Refund for Severe Damage: For products that arrive severely damaged and are no longer usable, we offer a full refund.

Procedure:

  1. Report damage within 48 hours of receipt
  2. Send photos of the damage and packaging
  3. Keep all packaging materials
  4. We will assess the damage and decide on replacement or refund

Definition of Severe Damage: Product is broken, completely deformed, or otherwise unusable for its intended purpose.

7. Minor Damage

For minor damage that does not affect functionality (such as small scratches), we may offer a partial refund or send replacement parts, depending on the situation.

8. Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping address carefully. BikeVase.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Reshipping and administrative costs may apply.

9. Customs and Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by BikeVase.com.

Refused Packages: Packages refused due to customs fees will be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.

For orders with tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please monitor your tracking and contact us with any questions or concerns.
