Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Full Refund Guarantee: If your order does not arrive within the maximum estimated delivery time + 21 days, we offer a full refund, including shipping costs.

Full Refund for Severe Damage: For products that arrive severely damaged and are no longer usable, we offer a full refund.

Definition of Severe Damage: Product is broken, completely deformed, or otherwise unusable for its intended purpose.
For minor damage that does not affect functionality (such as small scratches), we may offer a partial refund or send replacement parts, depending on the situation.
Please check your shipping address carefully. BikeVase.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Reshipping and administrative costs may apply.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by BikeVase.com.
For orders with tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please monitor your tracking and contact us with any questions or concerns.
If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you haven't received it:
BikeVase.com's liability is limited to the value of the ordered product. We are not liable for indirect damages, missed opportunities, or consequential damages.
BikeVase.com is not liable for delays or issues caused by force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, terrorism, or government actions.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless otherwise determined by mandatory law.
